My first full attempt at mmbn style spriting. Based off of the character Veil from the game Pulseman on the Sega Genesis.
I think this is going to be the finished version of it, not sure if I want to add more to it or not.

As much as I dislike Battle Network as a game, I loved the anime and manga, and I always thought that SEGA and Capcom should have had made a deal in which Pulseman and Veil would appear in a BN game/ and the anime. I've also drawn them as if they were Battle Network characters too.
